Deactivate a Login

1. In the Account Dashboard, go to the Account Management module and selects the ‘Review/Edit/Add Logins’ hyperlink as shown below:

 

2. In the Login Management, select the hyperlink in the ‘Login Name’ Column

 

3. In the Login Information screen, uncheck the ‘Active’ checkbox.

 

4. Select the [OK] button to deactivate login.

Note: Only the Account Manager can deactivate a Login
